Steele High School sits directly across FM 1103 near the back side of the neighborhood, and shopping, coffee, fitness and other services have continued to develop along this section of FM 1103. The location also provides access toward Interstate 35 and other major routes connecting Cibolo with Schertz, San Antonio and the Joint Base San Antonio area.

Neighborhood Green Spaces and Amenities

Cibolo Valley Ranch includes three neighborhood green spaces located throughout the community. These areas provide residents with outdoor recreational space and include amenities such as playground areas, basketball courts and covered pavilion space.

These aren't large city parks—they are recreational areas incorporated into the neighborhood itself. Having several of them spread throughout Cibolo Valley Ranch gives residents outdoor spaces within the community without having to leave the neighborhood.

Steele High School and Shopping Near Cibolo Valley Ranch

One of the most noticeable features of Cibolo Valley Ranch's location is its proximity to Byron P. Steele II High School. Steele High School is located directly across FM 1103 from the area near the back of the neighborhood, making the school a prominent part of this section of Cibolo.

Just outside the neighborhood, the FM 1103 and Rodeo Way area has also developed with shopping and services. Steele Plaza and the surrounding commercial area include businesses such as Scooter's Coffee, KidStrong Cibolo, Thera Nails Lab, 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics and Snap Fitness. Having these businesses near the neighborhood gives residents access to coffee, fitness and everyday services without traveling far from Cibolo Valley Ranch.

What Are the Homes Like in Cibolo Valley Ranch?

Cibolo Valley Ranch is an established single-family home community with a mix of one- and two-story homes. Development occurred over multiple phases, so buyers will find different floor plans, home sizes and exterior styles throughout the neighborhood. Builders represented in Cibolo Valley Ranch include Lennar, KB Home and Kimball Hill.
