Kris Forchione is a Broker Associate with more than 15 years of real estate experience and a longtime connection to Cibolo, San Antonio and the surrounding areas. His approach to real estate is straightforward: build relationships, communicate clearly, give clients honest advice, and provide the level of service he would expect for his own family.
After beginning his real estate career in Texas, Kris stepped away to serve in the U.S. military, including service in both the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army and two combat tours in Afghanistan. After retiring from the Army, he returned to Texas and the Cibolo area, bringing with him the discipline, leadership, and commitment to service that continue to shape the way he works with his clients today.
Kris works with homeowners, buyers, investors, and military families throughout Cibolo, San Antonio and the surrounding communities. His own experience with PCS moves and purchasing homes using VA financing gives him a firsthand understanding of many of the challenges military families face when buying, selling, or relocating.
For sellers, Kris believes good decisions start with understanding the market. He helps homeowners evaluate their competition, develop a realistic pricing strategy, prepare and market their property effectively, and navigate the transaction from the first conversation through closing. For buyers and investors, he focuses on helping clients understand their options and make decisions that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.
What matters most to Kris is the relationship that remains after the transaction is finished. Clients work directly with him—not a handoff from one team member to another—and can expect accessibility, honest communication, and personal accountability throughout the process.
